In the previous phase of the project, we conducted research on the sustainability of the programmes in 9 regions. In this phase, we examine how the chances of sustainability change as a result of organizational restructuring.  We are also seeking the answer to what factors contribute to the long-term maintenance and adoption of a programme (as a whole), and what makes a community successful in long-term operation and implementation of programme elements (local programme elements that can be examined at settlement level). The field research is planned to take place in 6 regions in the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the project.
